August 3, 2013
Thanks to Ed & Phyllis Stoner for sharing their beautiful home and gardens.
No, it's not a statue of Joe Vansant.....it's Joe Vansant!
Joe was the designer & builder of the Stoner home and can often be seen sitting on the bench in the front yard watching over his creation. (Joe passed away in August of 2014 -- he is greatly missed by his family and friends)
Thank you Jim Hicks for shuttling us old folks to the house.
Also a BIG thanks for donating the salmon!
Jerry Summers, our salmon chef for the day.
Some were curious to see what was underneath his apron...some got a big surprise!
It's hard to get senior citizens to pay attention!
Karen (Luelf) Huett --- we see you over there!
Okay Jacque W. --- what happened to the bottom half of the picture?
no, your other right...
now everyone point...
and wave at the photographers!
Thanks to the photographers who volunteered to
take the group picture.
Blaine Alley (holding the camera and looking the wrong way), John Crowfoot (no camera, but had a cute smile), Cheryl Schlagel (checking out the bushes) and Jacque Walters (trying to focus the camera), hope they don't quit their day jobs!

I had a great time at Club Tico and at Stoner's. The reunion committee did an awesome job. I know how much work it was, so I really appreciate it. My only regret is that we won't have another one in 10 years.

wanted to thank you and the rest of the Reunion Committee for all of your hard
work planning our 50th Reunion. It was wonderful and will be a fond

Hey Sharon,
good morning. Have you recovered from the reunion? Just wanted to say thank
you for talking me into going to the reunion. We all had a good time. Mel, Gil
and Irene all said that they had a good time. It was great to see some of my
old classmates. I was amazed that some even recognized me. I know that you and all the reunion committee worked
your tails off to make it a success. Thanks to all of you!

To all the reunion "staff" Thanks a million for putting together an
amazingly fun reunion, even spouses had a good time.I have never been any where
that everyone moved around and visited like this weekend. Of course we were so
fortunate to have the amazing Stoner house on Sat. night, not every
class can be that lucky.
Thank You All, job well done , now sit back relax and savor the fact that
no more reunion planning to be done.
You all ROCK!
